What is a Workspace?

A workspace in BulkFlow represents one connected store.
If you connect multiple stores (e.g., one Shopify store and one WooCommerce store), each will have its own workspace.

Key Highlights

You can create multiple workspaces under one BulkFlow account.

Each workspace is linked to one store — connecting a new store will automatically create a new workspace.

Subscriptions are workspace-specific:

You must subscribe separately for each workspace.

Plans, billing cycles, and limits are managed independently.

Data is workspace-specific:

Import feeds, export history, configurations, and logs are not shared across workspaces.

Each workspace maintains its own data environment.

Switching Between Workspaces

You can switch between your connected workspaces from the workspace dropdown in the top bar.
This helps you manage different stores from one BulkFlow login, without mixing up data.
