Subscription Management

Follow the guide below to cancel your subscription, upgrade or downgrade your plan, or change your payment method depending on how you subscribed.

Cancel Subscription



To cancel your subscription:

Go to Subscription Management

Click Cancel Subscription

Confirm your cancellation

Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
After that, your workspace will expire, but you will still be able to view your existing data.
You can subscribe to a new plan at any time to resume using BulkFlow.

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan



Upgrade



You will only be charged the price difference between your current plan and the new one, based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.

The full price of the upgraded plan will apply on the next renewal.

Downgrade



Your current plan will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

The downgraded plan will take effect in the next billing period.

Change Payment Method



For Shopify users



Update your payment method directly in your Shopify dashboard.
Changes made there will not affect how BulkFlow processes your subscription.

For BulkFlow users (PayPal or Credit Card)



To change your payment method:

Cancel your current subscription

Purchase a new plan and select your preferred payment method

If using a new credit card, enter the new card details at checkout

If using a new PayPal account, log in with your updated PayPal credentials

Note: Before canceling your current subscription to change payment methods, please review our cancel policy .
Choose a time that minimizes service disruption.
