Step 1: Prepare file for connection Google sheet

A Google Sheets connection in BulkFlow allows you to import, export, update, or delete data directly from a Google spreadsheet. To ensure a seamless process, follow these steps to properly prepare your Google Sheets file.

Step 1: Ensure Your Google Sheets File is Ready


  • Each row should present 1 record (e.g, one product variant or one order)
  • Ensure there are no blank rows between records.
  • The sheet must be set to Anyone with the link can view (if public) or properly shared with your authenticated account.

Step 2: Connect Google Sheets to BulkFlow


  • Authorize Bulkflow by signing in and granting the required Google account permissions.
  • Paste the Google Sheets URL into the provided field
  • Click Test Connection to verify access to the file
  • If the connection is successful, a confirmation message will appear.

Step 3: Configure File Settings


  • Select the desired sheet name if your file contains multiple sheets.
  • Your column header row should be the first row of your file.
  • If needed, set the header row number in BulkFlow to align with your data.
