* Use a **direct link** to your file (not a webpage).
* Ensure the URL is **publicly accessible** or supports authentication.
* The file should be in one of the supported formats: CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx, .xls)

# Step 2: Set Up Authentication (If Required)

If your file URL requires authentication, Bulkflow supports **Basic Authentication (Username & Password)**

# Step 3: Configure File Settings

* Bulkflow will automatically detect your file format and display the relevant file settings fields.
* Adjust your file settings to ensure Bulkflow correctly interprets your data.
* If your file contains headers, ensure the first row has column names.
* If needed, set the **header row number** in Bulkflow.
# Step 4: Validate the File URL Connection

* Click **Test Connection** to verify that Bulkflow can access the file.
* If authentication fails, check your credentials and try again.
* Ensure the file is formatted correctly and accessible.
