#FilterPossible Conditions/ColumnsDescription
1IDequals to any of / not equal to any ofEnter specific Order IDs you want to export, separated by commas.
2Created Aton or after / on or before / date range / relative dateExport orders created in Shopify within a specific date range. You can also use the relative date condition to export orders created during the last full time period.
3Payment StatusUnpaid / Authorized / Pending / Partially Paid / Paid / Partially Refunded / Refunded / VoidedFilter orders by Payment Status. Export only orders that match specific payment statuses (e.g., Paid, Pending, Refunded). You can select multiple statuses. Selecting all options is equivalent to not applying the filter.
4Fulfillment StatusFulfilled / Unfulfilled / Partially FulfilledFilter orders by Fulfillment Status. Export only orders that match specific fulfillment statuses (e.g., Fulfilled, Unfulfilled, Partially Fulfilled). You can select multiple statuses. Selecting all options will have no effect — same as not applying the filter.
5Discount Codeequals to any of / not equal to any of / contains any of / starts with any ofExport orders that used specific discount codes. Enter one or more discount codes separated by commas to include orders that applied any of those codes.
7StatusOpen / Canceled / ArchivedFilter orders by their status. Export orders that match one or more selected statuses. You can select multiple statuses. Selecting all statuses will result in no filter being applied.
8Payment Gatewayequals to any of / not equal to any ofExport orders based on the Payment Gateway used. Enter one or more payment gateways to include orders processed through those gateways.
9Sourceequals to any of / not equal to any ofExport orders based on their source. Filter orders to include only those that originated from a specific sales channel or source.
