You can access to the listing by click on your side bar -> Click New Data Listing -> Click New Product Listing

Or after your feed has been proceeded, on your feed detail, click on View All New Product below the Activity Log

Data Listing

After running a feed in BulkFlow, all newly added products will appear in the Listing table. This table helps you review the details and import status of each product. Note that only new products are shown—existing products included in your file will not be listed here.

The table includes the following columns:

1. Feed Name: The name of the feed that processed the product
2. Product Name: The name of the product
3. SKU: The product’s Stock Keeping Unit
4. Price: The product’s price
5. Quantity: The quantity available
6. Product Type: The category or type of the product
7. Brand: The brand associated with the product
8. Status: The current status of the product
9. Result: The outcome of the import process

Result Types:

• Success: The product was successfully imported into your store without any errors.
• Warning: The product was imported, but some fields in your file could not be processed due to data issues (e.g., an invalid image URL). You can hover over or click the warning icon to view the full details.
• Failed: The product could not be imported due to one or more errors (e.g., missing option values).

This table provides a quick overview of your import results and helps you identify any issues that need to be fixed.

View a product detail

You can view the detail of a product that has been imported to your store by clicking on that product on your data listing table. A side bar that contain product detail will be opened as you can see on the pic below
