The Order Listings screen displays a list of orders from your newly created feeds. You can use this screen to check how orders are parsed and listed, and whether any issues occurred during the listing process.

Note: Only new orders are shown—existing orders included in your file will not be listed here.

Accessibility

You can access to the listing by click on your side bar -> Click New Data Listing -> Click New Order Listing

Or after your feed has been proceeded, on your feed detail, click on View All New Order below the Activity Log

Data Listing

After running a feed in BulkFlow, all newly added orders will appear in the Listing table. This table helps you review the details and import status of each order. The table includes the following columns:

1. Feed Name: The name of the feed from which the order is created. Click to view the Feed Detail page.
2. Name: The name of each order contained in imported file.
3. Customer: ID: The customer’s ID parsed from the source. Click to open the sidebar with detailed order information.
4. Customer: Email: The customer’s email address associated with the order.
5. Line: Product ID: The ID of the product included in the order.
6. Line: Title: The title of the product line item.
7. Payment: Status: The payment status of the order.
8. Fulfillment: The fulfillment status of the order.
9. Processed At: The timestamp of when the order was processed.

Result Types:

Displays whether the order was successfully created or not.

• Success: The order was created successfully.
• Failed: The creation failed. Hover to view the number of error messages, and a tooltip will show details. Click to open the sidebar and review the full error log.
• Warning: The order was created with warnings. Hover to see more details, and click to review the warning messages in the sidebar.

View an order detail

You can view full details of each order by clicking the Name field. A side panel will appear showing all available data parsed for that order, including line items, payment and fulfillment status, and any error or warning messages returned during processing.
