New Customer Listing

The Customer Listings screen displays a list of customers from your newly created feeds. You can use this screen to check how customers are parsed and listed, and whether any issues occurred during the listing process.

Accessibility

You can access to the listing by click on your side bar -> Click New Data Listing -> Click New Customer Listing

Or after your feed has been proceeded, on your feed detail, click on View All New Customer below the Activity Log


Data Listing

ter running a feed in BulkFlow, all newly added customers will appear in the Listing table. This table helps you review the details and import status of each customer.

  1. Feed name: The name of the feed from which the customer is created. Click to view the Feed Detail page.
  2. ID: The customer’s ID parsed from the source. Click to open the sidebar with detailed customer information.
  3. Email: The customer's email address.
  4. First Name: The customer's first name.
  5. Last Name: The customer's last name.
  6. Phone: The customer’s phone number.

Result Type

Displays whether the customer was successfully created or not.

  • Success: The customer was created successfully.
  • Failed: The creation failed. Hover to view the number of error messages, and a tooltip will show details. Click to open the sidebar and review the full error log.
  • Warning: The customer was created, but with warnings. Hover to see more details about the issues detected during processing. Click to open the sidebar and review the warnings.

This table provides a quick overview of your import results and helps you identify any issues that need to be fixed.

View a customer detail

You can view full details of each customer by clicking the ID field. A side panel will appear showing all available data parsed for that customer, including personal information and any error messages returned during processing.
