Manage results and automate a completed Feed
After your feed processing is complete, you’ll be redirected to the Result page. Here’s what you can do next:
This feature is not available if your feed file connection type is File Upload.
Toggle Automate Feed to ON and configure the following settings:
Schedule at: Choose when your feed should run. If the selected time has already passed, the feed will be scheduled for the next day.
Select a Time Zone: Your current time zone will be automatically detected.
Repeat every: Set how frequently BulkFlow should check for updates (e.g., every 1 hour, every 3 hours).
If your feed type is Add New, you can choose:
Add only new items (ignore existing ones), or
Add and update existing items.
Note: The number of daily runs allowed per feed depends on your Daily Schedules per Feed limit in your current Subscription
You can track the history of your feed runs in the Activity Log table. The log includes:
Date – When the job was executed
Actor – Who triggered the job
Successful Items – Number of successfully processed items vs. total items in the file
Failed Items – Number of failed items vs. total items in the file
To review each processed item and its status, navigate to the corresponding entity listing.
Required fields are missing (e.g., SKU, price)
Data format errors (e.g., text in a numeric field like "Quantity")
Duplicate entries
Go to Feed Listing and click on the feed you want to edit. You’ll be taken back to the Result page.
