About BulkFlow dashboard
The BulkFlow dashboard is where you manage all your data feeds — from creating and tracking import/export jobs to checking results and automation schedules.
This guide helps you understand the key parts of the dashboard so you can manage feeds smoothly, detect issues, and take action quickly.
Requirements
- List what the user should have ready.
- Your Shopify store is connected to BulkFlow

BulkFlow WorkSpace
A workspace in BulkFlow represents one connected store.
If you connect multiple stores (e.g., one Shopify store and one WooCommerce store), each will have its own workspace.
You can switch between your connected workspaces from the workspace dropdown in the top bar. This helps you manage different stores from one BulkFlow login, without mixing up data.
Feed listing
This is the main table showing all your feeds, grouped by action type: Add New, Update, Delete, Export
Feeds are shown in the order they were created (newest at the top). Each row contains:
Feed ID | Unique number for each feed |
Feed Name | Clickable name of the feed |
Connection | Where the data comes from (e.g., Google Sheets) |
Schedule | Whether feed is automated |
Status | Shows if feed is Finished / In-progress / Configuring |
Result | How many items were successfully imported |
💡 You can sort feeds using the sort icon or search by feed name in the top-right search bar. To reorder, hover over the left-side dots and drag.
Data listing
This section shows the type of data imported: New Products Listing, New Customers Listing, New Orders Listing, New Pages Listing, New Blog Posts Listing
Each option helps you confirm what has been imported successfully.
Tips
- Feeds are sorted by created time, with the newest on top. You don’t need to manually sort unless you're searching for something specific.
- Use the search bar to find feeds by name or ID quickly instead of scrolling.
- Click on any feed in the Feed Listing table to open its detail view, check results, or re-run it.
- Use the 6-dot icon () next to each feed row to drag and reorder if needed (if available).
- If your feed is stuck in “Configuring” or “In-progress” for too long, click into the feed for details or check the Activity Log.
Frequently asked Questions
- Can I change the name of a feed?
Yes. In the Feed Detail screen, click the feed name at the top — it will become editable. Press Enter to save the new name.
- My product showing “Warning”, how can I fix it?
In the New Product Listing section of the Feed Detail screen, look at the “Result” column. Click on the “Warning” label of that product — a box will appear explaining what went wrong (e.g., image upload failure). Fix the issue in your file, then re-upload the feed.
