BulkFlow offers dedicated support to help you during setup, feature usage, or account management. Whether your issue is big or small, our team is here to help you quickly get back on track.
2. Requirements
Before reaching out, please prepare (the more complete your information is, the faster and sooner we can assist you):
- Your account details: Email and feed name (if you already created a feed).
- Description of the issue: What you did, what happened, and what you need.
- Screenshots or recordings: If relevant, to help us understand the issue better.
3. How to Access BulkFlow Support & Get Help
Access BulkFlow Support
- From website: Click the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the BulkFlow website to start a conversation with our team.
- From in-app: Live Chat automatically appears when you log in to BulkFlow for the first time.
You can also access it anytime by clicking the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard.
OUR SUPPORT TEAM IS AVAILABLE:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Indochina Time)
Get Self-Help
- AI Chat Bot: Get quick answers to common questions 24/7 directly through the in-app chat.
- Docs: Explore our usage documentation and basic video guides for step-by-step instructions.
4. Tips for Faster Support
- Provide clear and detailed descriptions of your issue.
- Attach screenshots or recordings to help us understand the context.
- Include feed names and account details for quicker identification.
- Use the “Yes, I need help right now” option for urgent issues.
- Contact us as soon as an issue arises, early reports help us resolve problems faster.

- Is live chat available 24/7?
No. Our live chat is available during working hours. However, you can leave a message anytime, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
- Can I contact support via WhatsApp or other apps?
Currently, BulkFlow support is only available via in-app live chat. We do not provide support via WhatsApp, email, or other third-party messaging apps.
- What if I need help outside working hours?
You can still send us a message via live chat. If the issue is urgent, select "Yes, I need help right now" when prompted, and our agents will reach out as soon as possible.
- Can I get email notifications when my issue is updated?
Yes. You’ll receive an email notification when there’s an update on your support request.
- Do you offer onboarding support for new users?
Yes. Our team can guide you through initial setup and provide resources to help you get started quickly.
