How to bulk upload Pages via template
1. Overview
The BulkFlow Pages Template allows you to quickly import or update multiple pages in bulk. By filling it out correctly, you ensure that your page data is accurate and ready for publishing or management.
2. Requirements
Before filling in the Pages template, make sure you have:
- Downloaded the correct Pages Import Template from BulkFlow.
- Prepared page data to add (in Excel or CSV format).
- Connected your Shopify store to BulkFlow.
3. How to Fill the Pages Template
Step 1: Download the Template
- From your BulkFlow Dashboard, click the Download Template button. Choose Pages Template to download it.
- Or you can create a new Feed, select Entity Pages
And click the Download demo template line right under Pages to quickly get the file.
Step 2: Fill in the Template
These are the fields you must fill out to successfully import pages:

Handle | Unique handle (URL slug) for the page. | |
Title | Title of the page as it appears on the site. | Eg: About Us |
Author | Author of the page content. | Eg: John Doe |
Body HTML | Main body content of the page in HTML. | Eg: <h1>Welcome to our page</h1><p>We are a dynamic and creative team, who ensure to bring good quality product to our customer.</p> |
These are other fields you can use for additional page settings like scheduling and layout:

Step 3: Save the File in the Correct Format
- Local File: Save as XLSX or CSV (UTF-8).
- Online File: Use a valid URL or a Google Sheet link.
- FTP/SFTP: You can also upload via FTP or SFTP.
4. Tips
- Validate Data: Double-check for typos, missing fields, or incorrect formats.
- Keep Formatting: Do not delete or rename columns.
- Test Small Batches: Try importing a few pages first to ensure accuracy.

- Do I need to use the BulkFlow template?
Yes. Only the provided BulkFlow template is supported for importing pages.
- Can I upload from Google Sheets?
Yes. Make sure the sheet is publicly accessible or properly shared. If you upload an XLSX file to Google Sheets, convert it to Google Sheet format or use the File URL option to link it successfully.
- Can I schedule page publishing using the template?
Yes. Use the Published At field to set a future publish date.
- Can I import draft pages?
Yes. Set the Published field to false or the Status to Draft.
- Will I be notified if my upload fails?
Yes. BulkFlow provides error messages for failed imports so you can correct and retry, or contact customer support for faster assistance.
