Feed type: Add New
Purpose: Data import
On the home screen, click Create New Feed → select Add New.
Choose a connection to upload your file and import data into your store. Available connection types:
File Upload
File URL
Google Sheets
FTP/SFTP
Note: Need other connection options? Let us know - we'd love to hear your preferences for future improvements
Choose an entity to define where your data will be imported (e.g., Products, Customers, or Orders).
Based on your selected connection type, either upload your file or link to it accordingly.

Map your file’s fields to match your store’s data structure. Learn more
After clicking Next, your feed will begin processing in the background. You can leave the page — we’ll notify you in-app and via email when the import is complete.
You can also Pause or Cancel the feed while it’s running.
Once your feed has completed its first run, you can:
Automate the feed to keep your store data up to date by setting your preferred schedule.
Review the activity log to check results and statuses of all import jobs for this feed.
✅ New items will appear in your store
⚠️ Duplicate SKUs may cause errors
⏳ Large files may take longer to process
