This document provides a comprehensive list of common error messages encountered in the BulkFlow platform, along with their explanations and solutions. These errors typically occur during file uploads, connection tests, and configuration steps. Understanding these issues will help users troubleshoot effectively and ensure a smoother workflow.

The uploaded file exceeds the maximum size limit allowed by the system.

Compress the file or reduce its size to be under 100MB before uploading.

Convert the file to one of the supported formats and re-upload.

You can only upload one file at a time.

Complete the field mapping process by mapping all selected fields.

Select at least one publish option.

You have to enter namespace for your metafield

Tags cannot exceed 255 characters

Tags entered are too long.

Shorten the tags to be within the limit.

  • Always double-check file size and format before uploading.
  • For FTP/SFTP connections, ensure server address, credentials, and port are correct.
  • Use "Test Connection" before proceeding to detect issues early.
  • If uploading a file from a URL, make sure the link is publicly accessible.

  1. Why is the connection test failing even with the correct credentials? 

Check your network, server status, or try switching to a different protocol (FTP ↔ SFTP).

  1. What should I do if my feed doesn’t appear after upload? 

Go to File Settings and manually map the fields or check the feed name.

  1. Where can I check the import results after uploading a file? 

You can view the results on the Data Listing section from the Home screen or download the result file after the import completes.
